Aware Academy
Our Aware Academy unlocks the hidden gifts and talents in men and women facing personal and
professional challenges. Its base program model features a task-centered educational approach
within a unique mentoring framework designed to strengthen Candidates' spiritual, mental,
emotional, physical, and financial self-concept. Upon completion of the one year program,
Candidates will emerge as a Center of Influence within their families and their communities.

Gifted Leaders Program
The Aware Academy for Gifted Leaders trains young men and women with
challenging legal histories to become great Centers of Influence within their families,
neighborhoods, and the community at large. Special tracks exist to address the unique needs of African-Americans
and Latinos in an effort to reduce their over-representation in prisons and increase
their enrollment in higher education.

New World Leaders Program
The Aware Academy for New World Leaders provides men and women in
career or educational transition with the opportunity to develop into the
personal and professional success of their dreams. This program is perfect
for young adults aging out of foster care and as a complement to
parenting, recovery, and other social service programs.

Elite Athletes Role Model Training
The Aware Academy for Elite Athletes prepares high school and
college level athletes to handle their unique off-the-field pressures
and to become the community's top-tier role models for the children
and teens around the world who will inevitably look up to them.
